All rooms, except one, have a balcony with views of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo, while the ground-floor rooms and apartment feature a private patio. The first-floor apartment boasts large windows overlooking the hills and garden.
Wi-Fi is always available, but there is no TV.

Each room is equipped with a double bed and a two-seater sofa bed, accommodating up to four guests (ideal for a maximum of three adults or two adults with two children).
The newly designed bathrooms are spacious and feature a comfortable walk-in shower. Completing the furnishings are a distinctive wooden wardrobe and a stylish desk with seating, perfect for reading or working moments.

Located on the ground floor, these rooms feature a private entrance through a charming front patio. Perfect for couples or solo travelers who value privacy, they offer a serene outdoor space with a lake view from the front of the property.
Each room is furnished with a comfortable double bed, ideal for up to two adults or two adults with an infant (up to 2 years old). The modern bathrooms are spacious and equipped with a walk-in shower. Completing the furnishings are a distinctive wooden wardrobe and a stylish desk with seating, perfect for reading or working.
